This app is fantastic! It shows clearly the percentage of saturated fats that make up your cholesterol. It also shows calorie intake. It is super easy to add foods to the database, even though their database is very comprehensive. You can mark your favorite foods. It shows the foods that are most frequently eaten for fast logging. It also shows a graph that displays how much cholesterol you can still have before you exceed your maximum amount for the day.
Under "charts," you have a variety of charts from which to choose: graphs showing your calorie intake for the past week/month, cholesterol, saturated fats, fiber, protein, etc.
You can also take measurements of your body: arms, waste, size, etc., but this is a premium feature. You get a lot options without being premium. I highly recommend if youre watching not only cholesterol, but fats in general.
